Overview:
Timely and accurate processing of documents received by mail and/or electronic upload for the SGWS and other departments within established guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Scan all documents received and processed by SGWS and all divisions.
  • Index (early archiving) all invoices into a proper workflow.
  • Prepare documents for late archiving/scanning for Accounts Payable, Inventory Costing, General Ledger, and Supplier billing departments.
  • Operate data capture technology to import digitized documents into the document management system.
  • Make corrections to scanned images as required.
  • Print and mail Supplier Billing invoices and statements as well as mailing checks.
  • Perform filing duties, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents.
  • Maintain electronically transmitted supplier credits/invoices.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Additional Primary Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalency plus 1-year experience.
  • At least 2-5 years of Data Entry environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with an Imaging System.
  • Knowledge of standard Document Management concepts, practices, and procedures.

Physical Demands:
  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine.
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs.
